From a Washington Video Tour to His Biggest Escrow: Isaac Ramos's Story

My very first lead that I received, I was able to get into escrow.

Isaac has been an agent at Power for a year. From the start, he noticed the leads coming through the office are high turnover.

My very first lead that I received, I was able to get into escrow.

That first lead didn’t just close, it set the tone for how he thinks about the business now: every lead is a chance to build the kind of book that generates its own referrals down the line.

A client in Washington, closed through video tours

One of Isaac’s early leads at the office lived out of state, in Washington. Rather than let distance end the conversation, he ran a series of video tours for the client. Eventually, the client flew out to California, and Isaac walked him into escrow. It became his biggest escrow yet, built almost entirely on video and follow-through before the client ever set foot in the state.

Accountability sheets, daily

Isaac’s favorite part of training is the accountability the office builds into every day. Agents fill out accountability sheets daily, and the habit compounds: daily, weekly, and monthly accountability keep him constantly checking whether he’s improving, not just staying busy. He credits that structure with teaching him to time-block and manage his schedule, and with getting him showing up earlier than he ever used to.

Follow Up Boss keeps every deadline in view

Day to day, Isaac runs his business through Follow Up Boss, the office’s CRM. He uses it to make sure no client slips through the cracks, and once he’s in escrow, he sets tasks in the system to track every contingency deadline and the close of escrow itself.

A hungry, supportive office

Isaac describes the work environment as topnotch: everyone hungry, getting after it, supporting each other toward the same goals. What he appreciates most about the culture is simple. Everyone here is family, and they look after each other.
